If you are unsure which of my offerings you would like to utilise, an introductory Zoom call can be organised to discuss your particular situation where we can determine which offering would best suit your needs.
This option enables you to get a feel of my energy and whether you feel aligned with my approach and personality.
It also gives me an opportunity to refer you to a different practitioner/modality which may more specifically suit your needs. Or to provide you with various resources that may help with your query.

Quantum Healing (QHHT®)
Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique ®, created by the late Dolores Cannon, is used to explore the deepest parts of the subconscious mind. This can include Surrogate sessions if required.
These sessions involve a comprehensive interview which gives the practitioner a deep understanding of the client’s journey which may include generational trauma or toxic environments. The client is led into a deeply relaxed state where healing can happen.

Group Regression Sessions (QHHT®)
Group Regression sessions are a great way for participants to get a taste of what can happen in a QHHT® session, but in a light trance state, to help them decide to have a full QHHT® session. They can be organised online via Zoom or Google meet, or can be in person in a group setting. They can add an interesting flavour to social occasions, corporate functions or small parties. Maximum group number of 20 preferred for online sessions. Numbers for in-person groups can be negotiated based on the occasion. For more info go to Performing a Group Regression.

Soul Speak Healing Sessions
Soul Speak Healing sessions are similar to a QHHT session but without the hypnosis component, which can be more appealing for those who don’t prefer to be hypnotised. It allows the client to identify the connections between emotional traumas and the physical ailments or diseases that result from these ‘trapped’ emotions, in order to release the need for these symptoms to manifest. Session lasts for 2-5hrs (average). In these sessions I may also incorporate additional features such as utilising a pendulum to help gain further information, consulting my various metaphysical resources, as well as pulling cards from my endeared “Whispers of Healing” oracle card set for that extra special touch. Soul Speak Group Sessions
These groups are designed to provide a safe and inviting space for people who are curious to learn more about what Soul Speak is about. This is where participants can share their personal stories regarding health issues or emotional struggles and I can provide insights from my metaphysical knowledge and intuition. In this way I help each participant to “join the dots” for themselves and become more empowered in understanding why they have created these issues/ailments to learn from. Ideally, groups would have a common theme based on a certain part of the body, such as heart attacks, diabetes, epilepsy, strokes, paralysis, auto-immune disorders, children with autism, mental health disorders, and many others. But much can still be gained in groups with an eclectic mix of physical/emotional issues. Spiritual Guidance Sessions
These sessions are uniquely personal and for that reason are not in a prescribed format. I tailor the session to the evolving needs of the client to help them to gain an understanding of why their life is looking a certain way and to help them shift their perspective into a more empowered one. I refrain from outwardly telling the client ‘what’ to do, but help raise their awareness to things they may not have considered to help them come to their own conclusions independently. I may suggest specific techniques or share my knowledge to assist them to find their own way on their journey. There is no set minimum or maximum number of sessions. Personalised Dowsing Sessions
These sessions are uniquely tailored to suit the nature of enquiry of the client. In these sessions, I hold space to channel information for the client using my own pendulum to answer questions they may have regarding their life purpose or other spiritual-related questions. It can be used as an avenue to connect with loved ones who have passed to see what messages they may have for the client. It can be used to help mothers-to-be to communicate with their unborn babies, or to communicate with older loved ones (or anyone else whose communication is limited). It can also be used to communicate with the higher selves of pets to better understand their needs or to assist in dealing with traumatised animals. Individual & Group Dowsing Classes
These classes are designed to teach the basics of pendulum dowsing and how it can be used to attain information from the quantum field (spirit realm). My intention is to aide you in becoming more familiar and confident with the process and pass on some tips that I have gathered from my own experience. I also endeavour to help those who hold fears or reservations about communicating with the spirit realm. (There is really nothing to fear.) There are no prerequisites to join, but some basic equipment is required, which will be advised upon making a booking. Estimated class length 90mins to 2 hours. Grief Counselling
I offer this counselling specifically to anyone who is going through the process of having lost a loved one or pet, whether it was recent or many years ago. I aim to provide a safe space for my client to share their deep emotions without judgement and to assist them in their journey of mourning and healing.
I use my intuitive guidance to navigate the session but if I deem it appropriate I may include some pendulum dowsing (more likely if the loved one passed some time ago) to gain further insights from the spirit realm to assist in the process of healing.
The number of sessions will depend on the client’s personal requirements. Can be in person or online via zoom. Pensioner discounts available.

Complex Trauma Counselling
Complex trauma requires a strong rapport, consistency and multiple sessions tailored to the client’s needs for the most successful outcomes.
I provide an intuitive counselling style which is specifically suited for people who have a history of severe or complex trauma that is not as easily catered for in conventional counselling practices. I provide an approach that uses a multi-dimensional lens in working with complex traumas such as sexual abuse, chronic PTSD, schizophrenia and DID (Dissociative Identity Disorder) and others. I am prepared to negotiate the cost and session length to meet the individual needs of those who are willing to accept me into their inner world and let me walk beside them in their path to long term healing.

Crisis Counselling Phone or Zoom Calls
Whether it’s a relationship issue, bullying of any description, or any other stressful situation that you are having trouble with, I am willing to hold that necessary space to help you figure out why this challenge is facing you now. I can help you to work out strategies to navigate your way to feeling more empowered, and to gain an understanding of what you can learn from the situation. I am willing to provide up to 2 hours to discuss what’s needed to help you move forward in your life. Calls can be via phone or Zoom, where I will email you a link to connect with me at a time that suits both ends.
Note: I am not trained as a professional crisis counsellor but my experience as a trauma counsellor enables me to provide this service on a trust basis using my intuitive skills and counselling knowledge. Being an ex-Registered Nurse I endeavour to combine my prior nursing experience with my intuitive senses to provide practical support, a comforting presence and a nurturing environment for end-of-life care for the one preparing to transition, as well as providing necessary emotional support for family members as they navigate this sacred time with their loved one. Autism Family Support - online coaching
Raising young children can be challenging enough, but managing life after a new diagnosis of autism (or ADHD/AuDHD) can be a particularly challenging journey depending on each child’s needs. I endeavour to offer a safe space where parents can vent their concerns and walk away from the session feeling better informed and more empowered with an enhanced perspective with regards to their child/ren and their unique journey ahead. I aim to add a spiritual dimension to the understanding of the autistic child’s contribution towards the current shift in human conscious evolution.
This offering is specifically designed to be provided online via Zoom, especially for families who are geographically distant to myself but seeking emotional and spiritual support. Holistic Household Cleansing Consults
This is a service provided for individuals, couples or families who feel overwhelmed with their domestic situation and could do with some emotional support and guidance on how to de-clutter and re-organise their living space, and incorporate healthier cleaning methods and living practices to improve the energetic frequency of their household. Suggestions and resources are provided as appropriate in a unique program designed to create a home environment which is healthier for the mind, body and soul for all occupants. Cost depends on the package selected. Discounted price for seniors according to budget.
Package 1 - Once-off comprehensive consult Cost $180:
Most suited for younger couples or busy families who just need some solid guidance about how they can improve the energetic space of their home and feel confident to implement the strategies suggested. House consults 2 hours or more. Optional follow up visit ($50) can be organised if needed.
Package 2 - Moderated approach Cost: Initial consult $150 - follow-up visits $50 each:
This package is designed for middle aged clients who would prefer several visits over a few weeks or months for continued mentoring whilst strategies are implemented.
Package 3 - Slower intensive approach Cost: Initial consult $80 - follow-up visits from $25 to $50 each:
This package is designed for more elderly, disabled or mental health clients who need extra physical or emotional support and encouragement to achieve modifications to their home environment. Cost can be negotiated according to the client’s budget.
